Daniel Berg and Fredrik Duvling started playing together in 1992. They tours a lot in Europe, with more than 50 concerts every year, and work very closely with composers, like Anders Åstrand, Maria Löfberg and Miklós Maros, to mention a few, who all written music directly for the Swedish percussion duo.

Rhythm Art Duo collaborate with many of Sweden's regional music foundations and schools to encourage young people to start playing classical percussion.

Their new album from 2018, Carousel, contains a lot classics for percussion like Rain Tree by Tôru Takemitsu, First Concerto for Flute andPercussion by Lou Harrison and Carousel by Dave Samuels/David Friedman.

   Daniel Berg is a versatile marimba soloist, composer and educator. He holds the position of the marimba and chamber teacher at the University Colleges of Music in Gothenburg, Örebro and Stockholm (Sweden).

   In his passion to promote the marimba as a solo and chamber music instrument, Daniel has worked intimately with a number of composers who have written original music for the instrument. This includes more than 200 world premiers for solo and chamber works.

Fredrik Duvling, chamber and orchestra musician, is extensively engaged by orchestras in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

   He teaches percussion and timpani at the University Colleges of Music in Örebro and is head of the percussion profile at the Pre University in Ljungskile (Sweden).
